Memorial March staring in the park lot of ILA Union Hall. Following the one-half mile march, a youth oriented program will be at the hall at 3:45 p.m. The program will include appearances by several youths throughout the area; Jessica Swencki, Brunswick County schools administration; Retha Rusk, Brunswick County Principal of the Year.
